This sausage bake recipe from M&S is super easy to make, and taste absolutely delicious. I left out the olives and added a little more chicken stock, which we then mopped up with a bit of crusty bread straight out of the roasting tin. A gorgeous, summery meal - especially good when it's drizzly outside.
